Our goal is for every customer to be happy, and we are sincerely confident that you’ll fall in love with your furniture. However, we understand that there are situations where you might just want to return the item.
We offer a forgiving return policy that is rare in custom furniture. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to return your furniture, and we’ll setup a time to pick it up. A 10% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to the items exchanged or returned.
If an item arrives with manufacturer's defects or shipping damage, we will fix it at no cost to you. See our warranty here. However, if you want to return it, the 10% restocking fee and redelivery fee will still apply.
Please not the following:
- All pieces must be successfully delivered and inspected at our warehouse before we can initiate a return.
- We are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any merchandise that have been customized or altered in any way post-delivery.
- We are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any items that could not be delivered due to sizing issues. For example, it could not fit in the house, or in the room that you were placing the furniture in.
